Opened vials

Due to the nature of research compounds we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered vials.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter the fulfillment queue.
